Better Operations: The Workplace Wellbeing Pilot Program

Are you an organisation wanting to help in creating meaningful and lasting improvements in psychological wellbeing within your workplace?

We want to share with you an opportunity that is open to a small number of organisations wanting to work with The United Project – a not-for-profit who work to prevent mental ill-health through early detection programs at work and in team environments.

The Pilot Program will provide:

  • A workplace psychosocial hazard and risk diagnosis
  • A comparison against industry benchmarks
  • Recommendations toward building a wellbeing-informed operating model
  • Prioritised action plan for implementation
  • Collaboration and sharing opportunities with other pilot program members

The United Porject aim to deliver:

  • Reductions in burnout & psychological distress
  • Reductions in mental health relate claims
  • Reduction in time lost due to absence
  • Improvements across SuperFriend’s Five Domains of a Thriving Workplace
  • Certification for becoming a more mentally healthy workplace

How does The United Project wellbeing program work?

The United Project is delivering this program in conjunction with strategic partners SuperFriend and Spark Strategy (us). Our join team will undertake interviews, conduct surveys and complete some analysis of your existing operations and documentation to:

  • Better understand your psychosocial hazards and risks
  • Provide an assessment against SuperFriend’s Five Domains of a Thriving Workplace (Connectedness, Safety, Leadership, Capability and Work Design)
  • Define a customised implementation and change program of works based on a set of agreed priorities

Then when you take the step to implementation, you will also be starting on your path to becoming an accredited mentally health workplace!

This pilot program opportunity is now open to a limited number of organisations who register by Friday 16 August 2024, so don’t delay – get involved and contact us today. To seize this exciting opportunity to join our workplace wellbeing program contact Greg Muller, Co-Founder, directly at greg@theunitedproject.net.
