Enzo, CEO of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, discusses how through ideation and exploration, the firm developed new business models for its not for profit arm, as well as for a number of its commercial activities particularly in the digital space. Enzo engaged Spark Strategy to assist REIV to navigate across the traditional boundaries between the second and third sectors. He explains how the Spark approach enabled the firm to create and execute new strategies, structures and policies for new commercial models.
